Quick Test
Quick test for simple villa application
Test with one door station first, before connecting with more than 1DS you shall read

Power up
Power up all devices.
Test Case 1 - Setup/Calling
1.1 Create a monitor list (MAT)
”Create a list for calling on DH850S”
Tap the middle of the time bar, input “2288” default installer password, and unlock, tap “settings” → “system” → “RES settings”
In ”RES settings“ → “APT MAT settings” → “MAT Create new” fill as below and tap “Create”
1.2 Setup monitors' address
Set one by one, on the first monitor
Change system type
Tap “Settings” → “Installer” → “Call_Nbr” → “System type”, and from DH-SS change to DH-APT
Set up monitor address by picking a room number
Tap “RM_Nbr”, and pick a room for the monitor.
On the second monitor, the already pick address will disappear, and shall get:
1.3 Call to monitor
Tap “Directory” on the door staiton standby tap a name to call, or “Dial” room number “01” or “02” to call.
1.4 Set up a monitor as a slave and call
On monitor room 1, set it as room 2 and slave monitor
On monitor 1:
Make a call to test
On DH850 tap “Room 2” or dial “02” to call, both monitor rings.
Test Case 2 - Cards
No support to manage cards via monitor remotely
2.1 Add cards
In installer mode, tap “settings” → “system” → “Card settings” → “Card Editor” → “Add”
To add a card, input the card number or tap the card, and input the room number, and name for the card information
2.2 Test cards
Tap the cards just added to see if the card works
2.3 Delete cards
In the card editor, tap the card added and “delete” to delete.
Test Case 3 - Lock setup
3.1 Setup lock parameters
Settings apply after confirmation.
3.2 Connect to your lock to see if that works
Notice when using the door station’s internal power, the lock shall be 12Vdc <300mA.
Test Case 4 - App
4.1 Connect to WiFi
On monitor room 2 master, tap “Settings” → “Manager”, tap “Wi-Fi switch” to ON, select the Wi-Fi name in the list, input the password, and connect.
4.2 Download the APP and scan the QR code
Search “VDP connect”
Use “VDP connect” to scan the QR code
Setup divert a call to APP
4.3 Make a call and test.
Call from the door station, and receive calls on the APP.
Test Case 5 - Manage door staiton with less access
5.1 Exit installer mode
5.2 Manger mode
Tap the middle of the time bar, and input “1527” default manager password, in the manager mode, can configure basic settings, tap “back” and return to standby.
