IX471S Online Update

The operation is same as old IX471. The only difference is that, new IX471S have larger flash, no need to insert extra SD card to do Online Update.

On IX471S, tap “Settings” -> “Installer” -> “Upgrade” -> input password (66666666 by default), to enter the upgrade page as below.

Server: select an update server, usually is Server1[47.91.88.33] (It is SIP sever in Europe), unless there is a special notice.

Tap “Check” to check if there is an available update, if Code info show up, then tap “Install” to start the update.

The improvements of update are as below:

1. All the searchings' speed are improved

2. Improve the LED indicator

3. Improve the rule of playback (without SD card, after 28pcs video record, the oldest video will be covered automatically)

4. APP - Monitor IPC, can support both H.264 and H.265
