How to update/upgrade

There are 3 ways to update the firmware of DX2
Way1, Online update
Precondition: DX2 monitor must be connected to Wi-Fi, and on the main interface the icon of cloud must show “V” (means connect the the SIP server successfully)
Touch the screen of DX2 monitor → “Settings” -> “Installer” -> “Upgrade” -> input password (66666666 by default), to enter the upgrade page as below.
Server: choose the server (please ask V-tek sales)
Download code: input the code (please ask V-tek sales)
Tap “Check” to check if there is an available update, if Code info show up, then tap “Install” to start the update.
After update, should go to settings -> manager -> Backup and restore -> Restore factory settings.
Way2, SD card update
Touch the screen of DX2 monitor → “Settings” -> “Installer” -> “Upgrade” -> input password (66666666 by default), to enter the upgrade page as below.
Server: choose SD card
Download code: input the code (please ask V-tek sales)
Tap “Check” and then tap “Install” to start the update.
After update, should go to settings -> manager -> Backup and restore -> Restore factory settings.
