How to View door unit and IPC Images

The monitor records information about calls you have answered, missed, and made which are saved in the call record.

Without SD card, 3 seconds video can be recorded, up to 10 videos can be saved. Subsequent records will overwrite the oldest items.

With SD card, 10 seconds video can be recorded in default. (Support max 600 seconds)

Support 512G SD card.

How to view records

Main menu → Call record

You can browse the records as needed in the page :

-Missed: Displays calls you received but not answered;

-Incoming: Displays calls you answered;

-Outgoing: Displays calls you made;

-Playback: Displays pictures/videos you received/made.

-Delete All: Delete above all records
