Door station IX850

When door station IX850 in “Installer Mode”, tap “Installer Mode” -> “settings” -> “Restore and backup” ->tap once again to confirm

Restore from Backup
1.1 Tap “Restore installer bak1”，this IX471S will restore to the installer settings from latest file of backup
1.2 On other IX471S (must in the same IP system), tap rightmost side of ”Restore from: …”，then input Device_Addr of preset IX471S，could get the Installer setting (excluding Call_Nbr and IP address) from backup file of preset IX471S
Restore factory settings
It will restore factory settings but keep the data of OEM.
Restore default selective
Able to make Single, Multiple or All selection, as below.
3.1 Restore Installer default
3.2 Resotore user default: Restore users settings to default (settings of Call tune，Call scene, General, etc.)
3.3 Clear customizer: Delete all OEM data
3.4 Clear Res: Delete all functions of List（eg. R8003 list, could written in IX471S by SD card. Use to set permission of cameras-monitoring. This list could be deleted by “Clear Res”）
3.5 Clear user data: Delete Call record
3.6 Clear backup: Delete backup file bak1

Outdoor station IX610

Bridge EB+ and EB-, and long press 15s to setup factory default

Door Station IX821

Power on IX821, then short-circuit BOTH PORTS’ EB+ and EB- for 10 seconds at the same time (it is a little hard, please be patient and try more times), then IX821 will be set to factory default.
