Backup and Restore IX Devices

IX device data backup and restore via SD card

Backup

Door Station IX850

When door station IX850 in “Installer Mode”, tap “Installer mode”-> “Settings” ->Page3Backup and Restore”, before tap “Backup”, if door station with SD card, the “Backup” option will load current backups from SD card, any new backup created will storage in SD card. If without SD card, load backups form and create new to local storage.

Tap “New backup” to create a new backup.  Check what will be backup as below:

Tap “Settings” -> “Manager” -> “Backup and restore

Same as door station, if with SD card, read and write in SD, otherwise in local storage.

Tap “New backup” to create new backup.

Restore

Door Station IX850

Tap “Installer Mode” -> “Settings” -> “Backup and restore”, tap “Restore

Notice: the restore backup is according to Device_Addr(10digits), before restore, please set up Call_Nbr correctly.

Example: BAK.0099000001.200501010623.tar.gz

0099 0000 01: SS door station DS1 (10digits Device_Addr).

200501010623: time mark, format in YYYYMMDDHHMM.

Tap the backup pack to restore.
