Note

  • Support one door station only ( new branch will issue soon)

  • IM in one BDU BDU zone: Normal IM Max.32, DX Max.8, DT47MG Max.12

  • Upgraded DT821/VD, DT821/T5, BDU are required for the above application

New Settings in T5 Modular

Expand System

The default mode is Normal, which supports 32-users. when more than 32-users, we need first change the mode to Expand. (BDU is Router mode as default in new version, no need additional settings.)

IM setting (New menu)

  • (1~8) 8 zones represent the BDUs

  • The first BDU is available as default

  • (001~032) 32 zones represent the IMs

  • IMs in the first BDU is available as default

  • Click the icon on the right according to the actual project conditions to enable the corresponding BDU or IM.

  • Each zones can enter to via a simple touch for more pages.

  • The button on the left at the bottom is used to search for the online status of the enabled BDUs/IMs, which will be marked with a new icon after refreshing.

Call setting ( Keypad call)

Default calling number for each monitor

The digits which belongs to each monitor to call are all fixed, no need reconfigured.
For example, if there are only 20pcs monitors in the first BDU, the first monitor under the second BDU is still called by the number 33 , not 21

Customize the calling number for each monitor

customized calling number can be set in each monitor via T5 modular menu above, one by one,

Note that the number must not be repeated.

customized calling number can be set in the computer via the TXT. file above, and then update it to T5 modular by SD card.

Note that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the sample field and the part to be filled in below. LOCAL corresponds to the customize calling number and cannot be repeated.

If need to hold both the room number address call and the Local_Nbr call, noted the following:

  1. ”Use Local_Nbr to call only”: set to Disable

  2. Local_Nbr: Can be any number and letter except 1-256

Call setting ( Namelist call)

Info
  • “Name” has two display methods,

one is to display only name, and the other is to display room number + name

  • “Name” can edit one by one in DT-IM, or use a computer to edit the TXT file and then import it all at once. The method is the same as above in Calling Nbr. setting.
